Vedgangakashi (the "Platform") is owned and operated by Vedgangakashi, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, with its registered office at 809, Udyog Vihar Phase V, Sector 19, Gurugram, Haryana – 122016.

By accessing or using our website, app, or any of our services, you are entering into a legally binding agreement with Vedgangakashi. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern that relationship.

These Terms are organized into three parts:

• Section A — General Terms: Apply to all users of the platform.
• Section B — Astrology Terms: Apply specifically to astrology consultations.
• Section C — Puja Terms: Apply specifically to puja bookings and temple services.

You may use Vedgangakashi only if you:

• Are 18 years of age or older.
• Are legally capable of entering into a binding contract under Indian law.
• Are not disqualified from using the platform under any applicable law.

To access our services, you need to create an account using your mobile number, email address, or OTP verification. You are responsible for:

• Keeping your login credentials confidential.
• All activities that occur under your account.
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access at customer.care@vedgangakashi.com.

You must not create more than one account, use someone else's identity, or create accounts on behalf of another person without their permission.

You agree not to use the platform to post, upload, or share any content that:

Vedgangakashi may monitor your use of the platform and remove content that violates these rules. Violations may result in account suspension or legal action.

All content on the Vedgangakashi platform — including text, graphics, logos, designs, and software — is owned by Vedgangakashi or its licensors, and is protected under Indian copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may use platform content only for personal, non-commercial purposes. You must not:

• Copy, modify, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform.
• Use our content for commercial purposes without written permission.
• Remove any copyright or trademark notices.
• Create competing products using our platform's code or content.

Either you or Vedgangakashi may terminate your account at any time:

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

The arbitrator shall be appointed jointly by both parties. The arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in English.

Grievances will be addressed within 30 days of receipt, in accordance with applicable law.

Vedgangakashi is a platform that connects users with independent astrologers. We do not directly provide astrological advice — we facilitate the connection.

As a user, you can book:

• Chat consultations with verified astrologers.
• Voice call consultations.
• Video call consultations.
• Personalized Kundali and astrological reports.

During any session, you must:

• Contact astrologers only through the platform — never share or request personal contact details.
• Behave respectfully during sessions.
• Not record sessions without prior written consent.

Astrology sessions are paid for through your User Wallet. Before booking, you must maintain a minimum wallet balance equivalent to at least 3 minutes of your chosen astrologer's per-minute rate.

• Recharge your wallet via debit/credit card, UPI, or net banking.
• The session rate is displayed before you confirm your booking.
• Wallet balance is auto-debited per minute during the session.
• Vedgangakashi may offer recharge bonuses and coupons from time to time.

• Do not use astrology consultations as a substitute for medical advice.
• Do not make critical financial or life decisions based solely on astrological guidance.
• Vedgangakashi is not a suicide helpline. If you are in crisis, call AASRA at 91-22-27546669.

Vedgangakashi facilitates a range of devotional and ritual services performed on your behalf:

For one-to-one pujas, a priest is exclusively assigned to perform the ritual on live camera for you. For group pujas, the ritual is performed collectively on behalf of multiple devotees who have booked the same puja.

Puja services must be paid in advance at the time of booking. Once booked and confirmed, the following applies:

Puja services, temple offerings, and related rituals are performed in accordance with Hindu tradition and sacred practices. These are devotional in nature.
