2Astrology Consultation Refund Policy
Our astrology services connect you with expert astrologers for guidance. Refunds depend on session status and system availability.
Chat Consultation
- The astrologer does not join the session.
- Technical issues from our side prevent initiation.
- Payment is deducted but the consultation fails to start.
- The consultation has already started.
- You are dissatisfied with predictions/guidance.
- You disconnect voluntarily during the session.
Voice Consultation
- The astrologer is unavailable.
- Technical issues prevent the consultation.
- No refunds will be issued once the consultation begins.
Video Consultation
- Session cannot be conducted due to platform or astrologer-related issues.
- No refunds will be provided once the consultation session has started.
3Puja Booking Refund Policy
Pujas involve advance scheduling, ritual materials preparation, and dedicated priest allocation.
Eligible For Refund
- Duplicate payment made accidentally.
- Puja booking canceled by VedGangaKashi.com.
- Puja cannot be performed due to unavoidable circumstances from our side.
Not Eligible For Refund
Once any of the following has occurred:
- Pandit allocation has been completed.
- Puja materials have been arranged.
- The ritual has started or been completed.
- The devotee voluntarily cancels after booking confirmation.
Rescheduling Option
In certain cases, devotees may request rescheduling of their booked pujas before ritual preparations begin. All rescheduling requests are subject to approval by the temple authorities and priest availability.
4Temple Chadhawa Refund Policy
Temple offerings and chadhawa services are devotional activities initiated on behalf of the devotee. Once an offering request has been processed or submitted for execution at the temple, refunds are generally not possible.
Refund Eligible Cases
- Duplicate payment.
- Service cannot be fulfilled by our team.
- Technical error resulting in failed booking.
Refund Not Available
- After the offering has been arranged.
- After temple processing has begun.
- After the offering has been completed.
5Digital Products & Reports
If the platform offers personalized calculations, reports, or digital downloads:
All Sales Are Final
Because these are highly personalized and/or instantly downloadable products, refunds are not available after delivery.
6Failed Transactions
If payment is deducted from your account but:
- The booking is not confirmed, or
- The requested service is not created
The amount will either be automatically reversed by the payment gateway provider or refunded manually to your account after verification.
7Refund Processing Time
Once a refund is approved by our verification team, it is initiated back to the original source payment method.
